Refund information

We do not sell Neuro Serge, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. ClickBank is the retailer and the seller runs the guarantee. This page sums up the seller's returns information as we read it on October 28, 2026. If anything here differs from the seller's page or the ClickBank checkout, those take priority.

The 90-day guarantee

• The 90 days are counted from the date you originally ordered, and apply to every package.
• Bottles can be returned empty, full or partly full.
• The parcel must arrive at the return address within the 90 days, so post it early.

Steps to request a refund

• Contact the seller's support first, by email at [email protected] or by phone on +1 800-390-6035 (US) or +1 208-345-4245 (international), Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM EST.
• Put a note in the package with your ClickBank order ID, your full name and address, your email and phone, and the original packing slip if you have it.
• Send all the bottles to the address below. You pay the return shipping.

When you get your money back

According to the seller, the refund shows 3 to 5 business days after processing. On international orders the shipping fee is not refunded, while the price of the bottles is.
